Not sure what country the coat of arms is, has 2 lions, there was no color on the flags, painted a bronze gold.

The Box is painted blue and front is white with bronze gold trim.

Runs in the paint, new lock and key, the bottom door opens with key, top mail slot where you drop your letters and they fall to the bottom Box. I do clean and wash items before shipping if possible, if not it is shipped as is.
