Details:

Post cuff is in excellent condition. It comes with two Allen screws, but no wrench. Hardware has a little rust on the threads. Installation instructions are included too.

I attached photos to aid in your assessment. There's a couple dings. This listing is for a brand new forest green Keystone series decorative post cuff and a gently used forest green deluxe post end cap with hardware.

End cap was used for a short time, but is still in great condition.
