Installation was a breeze. Overall depth - front to back: -22.

Overall width - side to side: -11. My existing Mailbox had a 4x4 post, so all I to do was cut the post off at 24 above ground and this new slides right on top of it. It was very easy to install, only took about 15 minutes.

This box looks amazing against it. I really like the bigger base as it gives a more defined look and sets Mailbox to regal.
Took maybe 5 minutes to put up. I was scared about the look since Whitehall's are gorgeous and have 6ft tall rod iron fence with brick pillars at front of my property.
Front and rear access to interior compartments. Now I don't have to stand in the road check my mail.
One was hit by a car, another rusted so bad I had to replace it do get lot of salt from trucks plowing snow and throwing on box during winter, last the front hinge gave out dropped door off.
Both lids have a good strong magnet for holding shut and the rear entry is nice keeping me off road while getting mail. I live on a state road and have had 3 Whitehall metal boxes destroyed in the last years. By Randal love this Mailbox. My post was a few inches higher than what it wanted but worked out fine.
It looks really nice and I got several compliments on the same day installed. Customer reviews by Williamson I replaced my rotting wood en metal Mailbox with this one and am very happy. You wont be disappointed. I took the old box and metal cover off post.
