It was very easy to install, only took about 15 minutes.
My post was a few inches higher than what it wanted but worked out fine. My existing Mailbox had a 4x4 post, so all I to do was cut the post off at 24 above ground and this new slides right on top of it. Overall width - side to side: -11. Took maybe 5 minutes to put up one was hit by a car, another rusted so bad I had replace it do get lot of salt from trucks plowing snow and throwing on box during winter, last the front hinge gave out dropped door off.
Overall depth - front to back: -22. I took the old box and metal cover off post. It looks really nice and I got several compliments on the same day installed. This box looks amazing against it.
